Join Our Roofing Crew Vantage Construction Solutions

We’re looking for motivated roofers and crew members to join our in‑house team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. If you take pride in quality workmanship, show up ready to work, and want to be part of a solid crew, this role is for you.

Experienced shinglers are encouraged to apply, but if you’re new to roofing, we’re willing to train the right candidates who bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Position details include:

• Position: Roofing Crew – Laborer
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Green Bay, WI (some travel required)
• Pay: $15–$35/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the crew to complete all assigned roofing projects, including tear‑offs, repairs, installations, and other related tasks
• Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and EPDM with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe jobsite
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and minor repairs as needed

Requirements include:

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous roofing or shingling experience (1+ year preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work 8–12 hour days, including weekdays and occasional weekends
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
